Mint Grapefruit Ice

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened grapefruit juice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Peppermint oil 2 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Green food color 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of the grapefruit juice.
Heat water and sugar together, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Combine with grapefruit juice and oil of peppermint.
Add a few drops of green food coloring to tint a delicate green.
Freeze in refrigerator tray until firm, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4.
