Banana Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Milk/Yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ripe bananas 4 Medium
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk powder 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Lecithin 1 Tablespoon
  Cashews/Your favorite nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add all ingredients leaving the nuts. Blend all ingredients to a smooth paste.
2) Stir in the nuts into the mixture.

MAKING
3) Place the bowl inside the refrigerator to chill for few hours.

SERVING
4) Serve by topping with chocolate chips or more nuts.
