Fruit Ice

Ingredients
  Orange juice/1/3 cup pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg white 1
Directions

Combine fruit juices and water; freeze.
Stir mixture often while freezing.
When almost hard, fold in one stiffly beaten egg white.
Place in an individual mold and allow to set by returning to freezer.
