Banana Orange Ice Cream
|Ripe bananas||3 Large, peeled, mashed|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Preferably Fresh)|
|Lemons||2 , juiced|
|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Superfine sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients together, pour into 2 refrigerator trays, and freeze until mushy.
Remove from trays and beat until fluffy; return to trays and freeze until firm.
