Soy Maple Walnut Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Soy yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lecithin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Maple flavor 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnut flavoring 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed or chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In your blender, add all ingredients and blend properly.
2) Add walnuts to the mixture and stir well.
3) In a freezer, pour the mixture.
4) Place the freezer inside the frozen zone of your refrigerator and allow to freeze for several hours.

SERVING
5) Serve with your favorite toppings.
