Ice Cream ( Eggless ) Making Made Easier

This is a recipe for making eggless chocolate ice cream .. you can use other flavors ( pineapple, vanilla etc., ) according to your choice...
Ingredients
  Powdered sugar 200 Gram
  Milk powder 200 Gram
  Fresh cream 200 Gram
  Warm water 200 Milliliter
  Cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender jar with whipper attachment, place powdered sugar, milk powder, fresh cream, cocoa powder and warm water, whip for 5 minutes.
2. Place the blender jar in refrigerator for 2 hours. Blend again, refrigerate for 6 hours.

SERVING
3. Serve as a dessert with your choice of topping.

TIP
You can increase /decrease the proportion of cream in the mix according to your preference. You can add dry fruits to the mix before freezing, and if the ice cream is too icy. You could try adding just a little of corn flour or plain jelly powder.
