Grape Ice Cream
|Eggs||2 , well-beaten|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light cream/Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grape juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Combine the eggs and sugar, and beat until thick with a hand or electric beater.
Beat in the cream, then stir in the remaining ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
Freeze in a 2 qt crank freezer, until difficult to turn, using 8 parts crushed ice to 1 part ice cream salt.
