Honey Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 5
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Strawberries 8 , halved
Directions

1. Mix egg yolks with honey and vanilla in a double saucepan over simmering water. Add milk and whisk for about 8 minutes until mixture thickens slightly. Pour mixture into ice-cream maker and freeze..
2. lf no ice-cream maker is available, freeze mixture for 1 hour, remove from freezer, beat with electric mixer, return to freezer. Repeat this process every hour for 3 hours. Freeze until ready to serve.
3. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
