Child'S Play Ice Cream
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Ounce (200 Gram)|
|Double cream||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
Refrigerate the condensed milk and the cream overnight to ensure that they are both as cold as possible.
Turn the condensed milk into a chilled bowl and whisk it with the lemon or lime juice until very light and frothy.
Add the cream and continue beating until the mixture is the consistency of whipped cream.
Fold in your fruit flavouring.
Pour into an ice-cream tray or plastic container, cover and freeze until solid.
