Marmalade Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 4 Pint
  Toasted coconut 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Orange marmalade 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Day or so before serving:
1. With large ice-cream scoop, scoop out 12 vanilla ice-cream balls; place on chilled cookie sheet; cover with foil; freeze until needed.
2. Prepare Toasted Coconut.
Just before serving:
1. Arrange ice-cream balls in serving dish.
2. With fork, whip marmalade until frothy; spoon over ice-cream balls. Serve with Toasted Coconut for topping.
