Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 2 Quart
  Canned flaked coconut 9 Ounce, tinted (3 Cans, 3 Ounce Each / 31/4 Cups)
Directions

Make balls of ice cream, using medium (No.
20) scoop.
Roll each ball in tinted coconut, coating generously.
Place on a foil-lined tray and freeze.
