Vanilla Ice Cream For Kids

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Quart (6 Cups)
  Cream 1 Quart (4 Cups)
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy and add sugar gradually, beating well after each 1/4 cup addition.
When the mixture becomes stiff and difficult to beat, add milk, cream, vanilla, and salt and mix thoroughly before pouring into a gallon freezer.
Freeze acording to directions.
Makes 1 gallon.
