Spiced Pears Over Ice Cream
|Ripe pears||4 Medium, peeled and cubed|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground cardamom||1 Dash|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Toss pears with spices and brown sugar.
Place on one sheet of the foil.
Drizzle with butter.
Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet.
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes.
