Blackberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Blackberry pulp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Marshmallows 16 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whipped cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Heat blackberry pulp in double boiler; add marsh-mallows, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Stir until marshmallows are melted.
Chill; fold in whipped cream.
Turn into pan or mold; freeze without stirring.
