Easy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream 'N' Cookies
|Milk||14 Ounce (Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten|
|Vanilla extract||4 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Pint, whipped (2 Cups)|
|Creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies||12 , coarsely crushed to make 1 cup|
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
Fold in whipped cream and cookies.
Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container; cover.
Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Return leftovers to freezer.
Mud Pie: Prepare ice cream as above.
Scoop ice cream into a prepared 9-inch chocolate crumb crust.
Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate fudge ice cream topping.
Garnish with nuts.
