Holiday Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
  Bottled mincemeat 1 Cup (16 tbs), well chilled
Directions

1. Place ice cream in large, chilled bowl; break up with fork and beat until creamy but not melted. Stir in mincemeat.
2. Pour into an 8x8x2-inch pan; freeze 1 to 2 hours, or until ice cream is firm enough to serve.
