Brandied Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Peaches 4 Medium, diced (peeled, pitted)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Toss peaches with brandy in a large bowl; mash slightly.
2. Combine 1 cup of cream with the sugar in a small saucepan; heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over peach mixture; stir in remaining 2 cups cream.
3. Pour into the 16-cup can of an electric or hand-crank ice-cream freezer; freeze.

SERVING
4. Serve in nice ice cream bowls with your choice of toppings.
