Instant Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), well chilled
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 1 Pound
Directions

Place cream and sugar into work bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife and process until thickened.
Add frozen fruit a few pieces at a time, and blend until smooth.
Be careful not to overblend.
Mixture should be the texture and thickness of a soft-serve ice cream.
