Instant Ice Cream
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), well chilled|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Frozen unsweetened strawberries||1 Pound|
Place cream and sugar into work bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife and process until thickened.
Add frozen fruit a few pieces at a time, and blend until smooth.
Be careful not to overblend.
Mixture should be the texture and thickness of a soft-serve ice cream.
