Blueberry Meringue Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Blueberries 200 Gram
  Icing sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Half fat cr�me fraiche 500 Milliliter
  Meringue 60 Gram, lightly crushed
Directions

In a food processor or blender, blend together the blueberries, icing sugar, and creme fraiche, until just amalgamated.
Stir the crushed meringue through the mixture, then transfer it to a freezer-proof container.
Freeze for 2-3 hours, until almost frozen but still soft enough to scoop out.
