Easy Peach Ice Cream
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Peaches||4 Cup (64 tbs), crushed (ripe)|
1) Heat 2 cups of the milk until luke warm. Add! sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved: Add remaining milk.
2) Pour into ice cream can. Add vanilla and fold in lightly whipped cream. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Add crushed peaches to chilled mixture before churning. Churn and freeze according to instructions with machine.
