Peach Melba Ice Cream
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Well beaten eggs||6|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Frozen raspberries||10 Ounce, thawed, undrained (1 Package, 10 Ounce)|
|Frozen peaches||24 Ounce, thawed, drained, and cut up (2 Packages, 12 Ounce Each)|
Combine sugar and gelatin in saucepan.
Add eggs and milk; cook, stirring till mixture thickens slightly.
Cool to room temperature.
Stir in cream, vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions till ice cream is nearly firm.
Add fruits; continue freezing till firm.
