Country Time Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Half and half 1 Quart
  Whipping cream 1 Pint
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs until slightly thickened.
Add sugar, gradually beating until mixture is thick.
Add vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in creams and milk.
Pour into chilled ice-cream can.
Freeze in electric freezer or hand cranked freezer.
Use 1 part rock salt to 10 parts ice.
