|Watermelon||8 Cup (128 tbs), 1-inch pieces|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove seeds from watermelon.
Measure half of the watermelon pieces, sugar and lemon juice into blender.
Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved.
Pour into 2 refrigerator trays.
Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
