Vanilla Ice Cream With Glazed Cherries
|Icing sugar||2 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Cream||4 Fluid Ounce (1 Gill)|
|Glace cherries||1 Ounce|
|Vanilla essence||2 Drop|
Sieve the icing sugar.
Whip the cream and add 1 tablesp of the sugar.
Stiffly whip the egg whites and fold in the other tablesp of sugar.
Carefully mix together the cream, egg whites, quartered cherries and vanilla.
Turn into a tray of the ice chamber and freeze.
