Choco Ice Cream
|Plain chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Gill)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Gill)|
|Vanilla essence||2 Teaspoon|
Break chocolate roughly, place in pan, add water.
Dissolve over low heat.
Add melted chocolate to the custard.
Add the half-whipped cream and vanilla to taste.
Chill and freeze.
