Choco Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Plain chocolate 4 Ounce
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Gill)
  Custard 1⁄2 Pint
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Gill)
  Vanilla essence 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Break chocolate roughly, place in pan, add water.
Dissolve over low heat.
Add melted chocolate to the custard.
Cool.
Add the half-whipped cream and vanilla to taste.
Chill and freeze.
