Pineapple Ice Cream
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely chopped/crushed|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla essence/Ice cream||2 Drop|
Soak gelatine in water for 5 minutes.
Then place on low heat for half a minute, stirring constantly till dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Combine gelatine and rest of the ingredients except pineapple in a bowl and beat.
Freeze ice-cream in the freezer.
