Hardimont Butterscotch Sauce For Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Karo syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Toasted broken almond 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Put sugar, syrup, and butter into saucepan and let boil until soft ball is formed in cold water.
Then add cream.
Good on vanilla ice cream with toasted, coarsely broken almonds sprinkled over.
