Wild Rose Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Light cream 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Heavy cream 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared rose petals 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Red food coloring 3 Drop
Directions

Puree wild rose petals in 1 cup milk.
Mix all ingredients together.
Freeze in ice cream freezer following manufactures instructions; or pour into freezer tray and freeze until firm.
