Marshmallow Ice Cream
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Marshmallow creme||7 Ounce|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In large mixing bowl beat eggs till thickened and lemon-colored; gradually add sugar, beating till mixture is thick.
Stir in marshmallow creme; stir in milk, whipping cream, and vanilla.
Freeze in 1 -gallon ice cream freezer following manufacturer's directions.
