|Unflavored gelatin||2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cold water||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
|Lime juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Green food coloring||1 Teaspoon|
1. Mix gelatin and sugar in a saucepan. Stir in water and set over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved, stirring constantly.
2. Blend in lime and lemon juices and lemon peel. Mix in food coloring, a drop at a time, to tint the desired color. Cool.
3. Pour into a refrigerator tray and freeze until firm, stirring several times.
