Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream/Half and half / whole milk 2 Quart (Choose As Per Desired Fat Content)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Cookies 3 1⁄4 Ounce, crushed (Oreo)
Directions

Dissolve sugar in cream.
Add salt and vanilla.
Chill 20 minutes.
Churn in electric ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions, stopping after about 15-20 minutes of churning to add the crushed Oreo cookies.
Continue churning until done.
Pack with crushed ice and rock salt to ripen over the next 2-3 hours, and serve.
