Raw Nut Ice Cream
|Soy milk/Half and half||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sunflower seed kernels||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flax seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Mix all the ingredients together and blend in the container of an electric blender or process in a food processor in batches until smooth.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
