Banana Ice Cream
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Ripe banana||1 , mashed|
1. Beat the milk into the eggs. Add the honey and mix well.
2. Stir in the vanilla. Fold in the cream and then the banana. Turn into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid about 1 inch from the edges.
3. Turn into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Return to the tray and freeze again.
