Maple Ice Cream Tart

|Low calorie vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Chopped toasted pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Caramel flavoring||2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar-free maple syrup||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Soften the ice cream just enough to stir.
Stir in toasted pecans and caramel flavoring.
Pack into a 9 in. (23 cm) removable-bottomed tart pan, lined with plastic wrap.
Refreeze until firm.
