Maple Ice Cream Tart

Ingredients
  Low calorie vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
  Chopped toasted pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caramel flavoring 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar-free maple syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Soften the ice cream just enough to stir.
Stir in toasted pecans and caramel flavoring.
Pack into a 9 in. (23 cm) removable-bottomed tart pan, lined with plastic wrap.
Refreeze until firm.
