Carob Swirl Ice Cream
|Old fashioned vanilla custard ice cream||1 Quart|
|Carob sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Basic)|
Process vanilla ice cream in churn freezer until thick and smooth.
Remove from container and place in bowl.
Fold in carob sauce with a wooden spoon, stirring just enough to produce marbleized effect.
Pack in container, cover, and place in deep freeze to harden.
