Easy Chocolate Ice Cream
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Topping mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope, Non-Dairy)|
Heat milk and chocolate chips just to boiling, stirring constantly to dissolve chips.
Refrigerate until mixture is very cold.
Add topping mix.
Beat until mixture is thick and fluffy.
Pour into freezer box or tray and freeze until firm.
