White Peach Ice Cream
|Peaches||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped (About 6 Medium)|
|Half and half/Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Drop|
Puree peaches in processor or blender (about 2 1/3 cups puree).
Set aside 20 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine half and half and sugar in medium saucepan over low heat.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves, about 1 minutes.
Fold sugar mixture into puree using rubber spatula.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
