White Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Peaches 1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped (About 6 Medium)
  Half and half/Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almond extract 1 Drop
Directions

Puree peaches in processor or blender (about 2 1/3 cups puree).
Set aside 20 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine half and half and sugar in medium saucepan over low heat.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves, about 1 minutes.
Fold sugar mixture into puree using rubber spatula.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
