2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Pure vanilla extract
Unsweetened baking cocoa
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1. In a stand mixer, add sugar, cocoa, egg, vanilla, and milk. Beat slowly until well combined. Scrape down sides as and when needed.
2. Pour cream and beat well.
3. Into chilled Donvier, pour the mixture and cover with lid. Put the turn handle and rotate 3 times. Let it rest for 2 minutes and turn 3 times again. Repeat the process every 2-3 minutes for 20 minutes.
4. Into an airtight container, transfer the ice cream and pop it in freezer until ready to serve.
