Rice Krispies Ice Cream Squares
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Gallon|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped cashews||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cherries||12 Ounce (1 Large Can, Wilderness Dessert)|
|Rice krispies||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Pat 1/2 mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream.
Sprinkle other 1/2 of mixture on top.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
Cut in squares and top with Wilderness cherries or make 1 large Danish dessert with 1 large container of frozen strawberries mixed in.
