Vanilla Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream is an amazingly delicious dessert recipe. A mouth-watering Vanilla Ice Cream will tempt you to prepare this dish on every party!
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks/2 whole eggs 3
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)

1. Scald the milk in the top of a double boiler.
2. Mix the sugar, flour and salt. Add the hot milk, stirring, and return to the double boiler. Stir over boiling water until thickened.
3. Beat the egg yolks or whole eggs and add a small portion of the hot mixture. Return to the remaining hot mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture coats a metal spoon. Chill thoroughly.
4. Add the vanilla and cream and freeze in a hand-crank or electric freezer, following the instructions given with either
