Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Gelatin 2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 6 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Soy milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Banana pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water and let soak about 5 minutes.
Put gelatin mixture into the top of a double boiler and heat over boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add honey.
In a bowl, combine egg yolks, soy milk, concentrated frozen orange juice and banana pulp.
Add gelatin-honey mixture, stirring to blend well.
Pour into ice-cube tray and freeze.
Put unbeaten egg whites and salt into a mixing bowl.
Spoon frozen mixture into egg whites.
Beat at medium speed for 5-10 minutes until ice cream is fluffy and of desired consistency.
