Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Peaches 4 Cup (64 tbs), either ground, chopped or mashed (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Whipping cream 2 Pint
  Orange jello 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Milk 1 Pint
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond flavoring 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve orange Jello in boiling water.
Cool slightly (do not let Jello set) and mix in with all other ingredients.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
Jello makes a very smooth texture.

I love this recipe with the exception that instead of the orange jello I use peach flavored jello. Absolutely fabulous.

Hi Daphne, that is a wonderful variation. You can also try apricot jello in this recipe. Infact try mixing orange, peach and apricot for a real tropical blast of flavors!
