Fluffy Ice Cream Dessert
|Fresh fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced or diced|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size Jell O Brand, Any Flavor)|
|Ice cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Pint (1 Cup)|
Spoon fruit into individual dessert dishes.
Pour boiling water into blender.
Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted.
Add ice cream and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour mixture over fruit in dessert dishes.
Chill until soft-set, 5 minutes.
