Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Gallon
  Coconut macaroons 1 Pound, crushed
  Candied cherries 1⁄2 Pound, chopped (Red And Green Colored)
  Slivered almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cognac 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften ice cream in large mixing bowl.
Add macaroons, candied cherries, almonds, and cognac.
Mix well; store in freezer.
