Angel Drift Ice Cream
|Grated coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)|
|Sherbet||125 Milliliter (For Serving)|
|Confectioner's sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Angel Drift Shell: Combine 3 tablespoons margarine with 1 tablespoon milk and heat just to melt margarine.
Stir in 54 cup confectioners' sugar.
Mix in 1 1/2 cups fine grated coconut.
Spread mix in 9 inch pie pan.
Fill with scoops of different colored ice cream and sherbets to serve.
Drift a cloud of flaked coconut over top.
