Angel Drift Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Grated coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
  Sherbet 125 Milliliter (For Serving)
  Confectioner's sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Angel Drift Shell: Combine 3 tablespoons margarine with 1 tablespoon milk and heat just to melt margarine.
Stir in 54 cup confectioners' sugar.
Mix in 1 1/2 cups fine grated coconut.
Spread mix in 9 inch pie pan.
Chill well.
Fill with scoops of different colored ice cream and sherbets to serve.
Drift a cloud of flaked coconut over top.
