Hot Dog Cheese Skillet
|Frankfurters||1 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch slices|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, finely shredded|
|Frozen green beans||9 Ounce, cooked, drained|
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet.
Add frankfurters; stirring occasionally, cook until lightly browned.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter to the skillet.
Blend in the flour; stirring constantly, heat stirring, and gradually add milk.
Return to heat and bring to boiling, stirring constantly; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and cheese; stir until well blended.
Stir in the frankfurters and cooked beans; blend to coat well.
Spoon over toasted buns or toast.
