|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot dogs||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Whisk the milk, egg, flour, salt, baking powder and mustard in a bowl.
Drain and completely dry the hot dogs with paper towels so the batter will cling tightly.
Insert a fork into the end of each dried off hot dog and dip into the batter to coat.
Place the coated hot dogs carefully in the hot oil and deep-fry until brown on all sides.
