Sauerkraut and Hot Dogs
|Canned sauerkraut||26 Ounce (1 Can Of 1 Pound And 10 Ounce)|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Beer/Broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot dogs||1 Pound, cut in 1 inch chunks|
|Baking apple||1 , diced|
1. In 12x8-inch glass dish blend sauerkraut, onion, brown sugar, caraway seeds, beer, flour, hot dogs and apple.
2. Microwave (high), covered, 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
3. Let it rest, covered, 5 minutes and serve with the desired garnish.
