Taco Hot Dogs

Ingredients
  Taco sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Canned green chilies 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Hot dogs 4
  Taco shells 4
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Serve)
  Canned marinated garbanzo beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Serve)
  Frozen guacamole dip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed (To Serve)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, mix taco sauce, cheese, onion and chillies
2. Slit the hot dogs along the lengthwise, though not all the way through and stuff with three quarters of the cheese mixture
3. Place in the taco shells; stand them upright in a 12"X7" baking dish, supporting with crumpled wax paper if required
4. Spoon the rest of the cheese mixture on top and microwave at HIGH for two minutes

SERVING
5. Top with shredded lettuce, garbanzo beans and guacamole dip and serve
