Hot Dogs with Dijon Kraut
|Canned sauerkraut||14 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared barbecue sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot dogs||6 , grilled|
|Sandwich buns/Hot dog rolls||6 , toasted (Oblong)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
Heat sauerkraut, mustard, barbecue sauce, onion, pickle relish and caraway seeds to a boil in medium saucepan over medium heat; reduce heat. Cover; simmer for 2 minutes. Keep warm.
Place hot dogs in buns; top each with 1/4 cup cheese. Broil for 1 minute or until cheese melts. Top with sauerkraut mixture and serve immediately.
